RESIDENTIAL SERVICES
new homes
We've designed and built scores of new homes from the ground up, from 2500 SF to well over 15,000 SF. Classic to Contemporary and Modern designs, our in-house professionals can handle all the architecture, engineering, and construction work from earthworks, excavation, and masonry work to finishing, roofing, and landscaping. We've built over all types of terrain, soil, and groundwater conditions and installed well and septic systems when city utilities were unavailable.

additions / remodel
We've renovated, remodeled, and added to homes, including kitchens, baths, stairs, libraries, in-law suites, galleries, and sunrooms. We've also designed and converted split-levels and ramblers into two or more story homes, seamlessly blending old and new architectural designs and materials.
Design-Build
Our design-build construction services cater to your vision, requirements, and budget. Our experienced designers and architects provide preliminary schematic drawings and specs of the project, along with the lump sum costs for design and construction works, which are guaranteed not to exceed the pre-approved budget. Already have an architect? Great! We are also happy to work with your design team and provide budget pricing and/or a fixed lump sum turnkey quote.
COMMERCIAL PROJECTS
new BUILDINGS
GRB has worked on the design and construction of commercial and high-rise buildings, strip shopping centers, hotels and lobbies, clubhouses, restaurants, and medical offices. One such mixed-use project consisted of two office and residential buildings connected with multiple floors containing a parking lot and shops.
add/ reMODEL / FIT OUT
We’ve renovated, remodeled, and added to commercial buildings such as community centers, clubhouses, and pools houses. We’ve also undertaken complete fit-out of core and shell spaces in strip centers and office buildings, including custom, high-end millwork andcabinetry.
Design
Due to the size, complexity, and intricate design requirements of commercial buildings, we typically collaborate with large specialized Architectural/Engineering design firms.
